+Protected. Requires a valid session cookie (`credentials: 'include'`).

+Create brand
+
+Creates a brand for the selected company. Fails with `Brand already exists`
+if the name is taken. Emits SSE signal `brand` with payload
+`{ sender, brandId }` (`sender` echoes the caller's `x-client-id`).
