Subject: [PATCH] Remove Auftrag Ausliefern/Retoure stubs and sort
 Kundengruppen by sort field.

Placeholder sub-pages are dropped from routing and nav until delivery/return flows exist; the new-customer group dropdown now matches the API sort order.
